The only thing that upsets me is that I waited so long to switch to this company!!!! Not only do they have amazing service, but their customer relations is top notch. I love the fact that I have the same tech who takes the time to get to know us and our home, and cares enough to follow up. I was so tired of being a number to a big chain company and felt like they didn't prioritize my time or concerns. Rob is a fantastic technician and I feel we are in the best hands. If you're looking for a sign to switch, THIS IS IT!
